Terms of Use

Raising.fi provides information about funding rounds, companies, and investors, together with related tools such as search, alerts, and (where you subscribe) contacts and API access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Content is provided for informational purposes. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. Do not rely on it as investment, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Paid plans, API keys, and exports are licensed to you personally (or to your organization if you subscribe on its behalf) for internal use. You may not share login credentials or API keys with third parties, or use a paid account to supply data to an unlicensed product or dataset.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, including bulk extraction of the database.

You may not copy, crawl, scrape, harvest, or systematically download Raising.fi data, pages, or APIs except through features we expressly provide to you (for example, in-product export within published limits, or the official API under a valid key and its rate and quota limits).

Automated collection, building a competing database from our content, reselling or redistributing our data, or bypassing rate limits, paywalls, or access controls is not allowed. We use technical measures to detect and block this activity and may log identifiers associated with it.

Raising.fi, including its selection, arrangement, and presentation of funding information, is owned by us or our licensors. Public-source facts (such as a company's announced round) remain public facts; our compilation, normalization, and product experience are not a free license to clone the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raising.fi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information in the product.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
