Zenalyst Raises $342K in Pre-Seed Funding

Bengaluru-based Zenalyst, an enterprise AI startup, has announced raising $342,000 (Rs 3 crore) in a pre-seed funding round dated August 22, 2026. The company focuses on developing AI solutions for business processes across finance, procurement, and legal operations.

The funding round saw participation from a diverse group of investors, including SKIL Cabs Private Limited, GERP Technologies Private Limited, Anurag Jain, Manish Kumar Jeloka, Pratap Padode, Siddarth Razdan, and P H Corp. There was no lead investor in this round.

Use of Funds

According to the company, the newly secured funds will be utilized to enhance its ZenForce AI platform. Zenalyst plans to expand its library of AI agents, which currently includes specialized tools like ZenBank for enterprise money operations, ZenProcure for procurement, and ZenLegal for contract intelligence. These agents are integrated with over 150 enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and banking platforms.

Company Background

Zenalyst was founded in 2025 by Vijay Jha, who serves as the DGM Business Finance. The company's technology has reportedly reduced manual efforts in targeted workflows by up to 90%, with some deployments achieving payback periods of less than a year. Zenalyst's client list includes companies across various sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, engineering, procurement and construction, pharmaceuticals, and travel.

With a sales pipeline of approximately $1 million, Zenalyst is poised to further its reach in the enterprise AI sector. By strengthening its AI capabilities, Zenalyst aims to continue providing innovative solutions to streamline business operations.
