Vox Talk AI, a startup based in Dublin, Ireland, has successfully raised €1.35 million in a pre-seed funding round. The funding aims to further the development and commercial adoption of its AI voice agent technology, specifically designed for Alarm Response Centres (ARCs). These intelligent voice agents are capable of handling alarm verification calls with natural, conversational interactions, providing round-the-clock availability and cost efficiencies for ARCs.

The funding round was co-led by Delta Partners and Act Venture Capital, with additional participation from Enterprise Ireland. Mark Harkin, the founder and CEO of Vox Talk AI, is at the helm of the company. Harkin, who established the company in April 2025, has focused on creating AI operators that work seamlessly alongside human staff in alarm monitoring centres.

The newly acquired funds will be used to accelerate the commercial adoption of Vox Talk AI's technology, enhance product development, and expand the team. The company plans to integrate its AI operators more deeply with existing alarm monitoring and CCTV systems, improving the efficiency and scalability of its solutions.
Technology and Integration
Vox Talk AI's AI operators are customized to fit the specific workflows of its clients, automatically activating when an alarm is triggered. These AI agents handle a wide range of tasks, including voice calls, incident logging, data entry, email communication, and WhatsApp messaging. The technology supports operations across hundreds of simultaneous alarms and can communicate in more than 30 languages.
Within its first year, the company has achieved significant milestones, including integration with Sentinel, a prominent ARC software provider. Vox Talk AI is currently collaborating with industry leaders such as Fenix Monitoring, Action 24, and G4S.
Future Plans
With the backing of its investors, Vox Talk AI aims to enhance its product offerings and expand its reach within the security monitoring industry. The company is poised to further develop its AI voice agent capabilities, ensuring more efficient and reliable alarm response services for its clients.
