This diagnosis led him to explore innovative AI tools and medical literature, eventually discovering experimental therapies that his oncologist approved and that aided his recovery. Verma's experience inspired the creation of Triangle Health, which aims to simplify the navigation of complex medical conditions through AI-enhanced insights validated by medical professionals.
The company was co-founded with CEO Jonathan Grubb, formerly associated with Bird and OpenTable, and CTO Justin Balthrop, also a co-founder of Bird. The team is bolstered by Dr. Santosh Kesari, a renowned neuro-oncologist and founder of Asthra Health, serving as a founding medical advisor.

The pre-seed funding round was led by a group of notable investors, including Kevin Mahaffey, Hannah Grey, Antler Criticality Fund, John Hering, Marty Tenenbaum, and Kestrin Pantera.
