The round was led by The General Partnership, with participation from prominent investors such as Index Ventures, General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, ADP Ventures, Paychex, Eli Lilly and Company, Scale Venture Partners, QuantumLight, SemperVirens, Quiet Capital, and Avid Ventures.

Thatch offers a platform that enables employers to provide a more personalized healthcare experience to their employees through Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs). This approach allows employees to use tax-free dollars to select individual health insurance plans tailored to their specific needs, rather than being limited to a one-size-fits-all group health plan.
