Swageazy Raises $615.60K in Follow-on Funding

Swageazy, an Indian tech-enabled corporate gifting platform, announced it has raised $615.60K (Rs 5.4 crore) in a follow-on funding round. The round was led by InfoEdge Ventures, with additional participation from HR tech founders at OnGrid and HROne.

Swageazy offers businesses a comprehensive solution for designing branded merchandise, managing inventory, automating gifting workflows, and shipping orders globally. The platform integrates with HR management systems via APIs to automate the sending of gifts for onboarding, birthdays, and work anniversaries. Employees or clients can choose gifts from a catalogue within a predefined budget.

Founders and Leadership

The company was founded by Sneh Setu, who serves as the Chief Operating Officer, and Sameer Wahie. Explaining the platform's value, Sameer Wahie stated, "Corporate gifting is no longer just about hampers; it's a key lever for employee engagement, brand building, and customer relationships."

Strategic Use of Funds

The newly secured capital will be allocated towards expanding Swageazy's product and technology teams and enhancing its sales function. The company also aims to broaden its reach among enterprise HR and marketing buyers.

Market Reach and Infrastructure

Swageazy claims to serve over 800 enterprises, including major names like Amazon, LinkedIn, Wipro, Coursera, and PhonePe. The company operates 30,000 square feet of warehousing in Delhi and Bengaluru. Additionally, Swageazy is setting up in-house printing infrastructure with industrial-grade production equipment to meet international quality benchmarks and reduce fulfillment lead times.

With this latest funding, Swageazy is poised to further solidify its position in the corporate gifting market by enhancing its technological capabilities and expanding its customer base.
