Bengaluru-based Superleap, an AI-native CRM platform for enterprise sales, marketing, and service teams, has successfully raised $4.1 million (Rs 36 crore) in a Pre-Series A funding round. The investment was led by Peak XV's Surge programme, with participation from a mix of institutional and angel investors, including Gruhas, Supermorpheus Group, and notable figures like Deepinder Goyal, Kunal Shah, Gaurav Munjal, Roman Saini, Anupam Mittal, Mukesh Bansal, and Nikhil Kamath.

Founded by former Unacademy executives Subham Boundia (CEO), Alok Maurya (CTO), and Saurabh Maheshwari, Superleap offers a CRM platform that integrates Agentic AI, customer intelligence, and deep customisability. This platform aims to assist large sales and revenue teams in transitioning from traditional CRM systems with minimal disruption.
Strategic Use of Funds
The newly secured funds will be allocated towards further development of Superleap's AI-powered CRM platform. CEO Subham Boundia stated that the company is "building an agentic operating system that can support the entire revenue function with humans and AI agents working together." The funding will also facilitate the expansion of Superleap's enterprise sales operations within India and internationally, as well as bolster recruitment efforts.

Superleap has seen significant growth, reportedly expanding tenfold over the past year. It serves a diverse clientele across industries such as financial services, education, healthcare, travel, and media. Notable clients include Razorpay, Aakash Education, MediBuddy, HCL GUVI, Cars24, PagarBook, Plum, Qube Cinema, and Superhealth. For instance, Razorpay transferred over 10 million records to Superleap's platform in just 45 days, while Aakash Education successfully moved about 5,000 counsellors across 400 locations in India to the platform in under 60 days.

With an average contract value ranging from $60,000 to $100,000, Superleap focuses primarily on large organizations. The platform comprises three main components: SuperOS for data management, SuperSense for customer insights, and a third component for additional functionalities. As Superleap continues to grow, the company aims to strengthen its position in the enterprise CRM market, leveraging AI to enhance customer relationship management for its clients.
