Souk Raises $1.6 Million in Pre-Seed Funding

Souk, a London-based startup, has successfully raised $1.6 million in a pre-seed funding round. The funding will support the development of Souk's AI-powered platform designed to streamline business partnerships by automating partner relationship management tasks.

Investors and Leadership

The funding round was led by Sure Valley Ventures, with additional participation from Antler and Fuel Ventures. Souk was co-founded by Leo Crowe, who serves as CEO, and Sofia Hamilton, the COO. Crowe noted the importance of their platform, stating: "Companies spend enormous energy signing partners only to watch 80% of them go silent. With Souk, we are building Coco to handle the heavy lifting, keeping partners active and turning dormant networks into predictable revenue engines."

Use of Funds

The newly acquired funds will be directed towards the development of Souk's AI platform, Coco, which aims to assist businesses in managing and reactivating inactive partner relationships. This tool is particularly targeted at companies still relying on manual methods such as spreadsheets and emails for partnership management.

About Souk

Founded in July 2025, Souk is focused on enhancing the efficiency of business partnerships. The company aims to address the common issue where companies invest significant time in acquiring new partners while neglecting existing ones that often become inactive.

By leveraging AI, Souk intends to transform how businesses manage their partner relationships, ultimately turning them into more predictable and sustainable revenue streams.
