ScaleOps Raises $130 Million in Series C Funding
ScaleOps, a New York-based company focused on optimizing Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure costs, has successfully raised $130 million in a Series C funding round. This funding round, announced on March 30, 2026, was led by Insight Partners, with additional participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners, NFX, Glilot Capital Partners, and Picture Capital.
What ScaleOps Does
Founded in 2022 by Yodar Shafrir, also the CEO, ScaleOps aims to reduce Kubernetes costs by up to 80% through real-time, context-aware application automation. This technology is designed for critical, production-grade environments, addressing inefficiencies in resource allocation and management.
Shafrir, who previously worked with Run:ai, identified a recurring challenge in the industry: "The problem isnβt just GPUs. It extended to compute, memory, storage, and networking. The same patterns kept repeating; teams were failing to manage resources efficiently," he noted in a recent interview.
Addressing Cloud and AI Demands
As AI technologies continue to grow, so does the demand for efficient cloud and infrastructure management. ScaleOps offers a solution by autonomously managing and scaling cloud and AI infrastructure in real time. This ensures that applications and AI models receive the necessary resources without manual intervention, thereby improving performance and reducing costs.
The platform is already utilized by major enterprises such as Adobe, Wiz, DocuSign, and Coupa, among others. ScaleOps reports significant growth, with a more than 350% year-over-year increase in usage.
Planned Use of Funds
The newly acquired funds will primarily be directed towards expanding ScaleOps' product roadmap. The company plans to enhance its autonomous infrastructure capabilities across AI and cloud environments. Additionally, there will be investments in growing the engineering and go-to-market teams to support global scaling efforts.
Investor Confidence
The involvement of prominent investors such as Insight Partners underscores the confidence in ScaleOps' ability to address the pressing challenges of cloud and AI infrastructure management. With the new funding, ScaleOps is well-positioned to continue its trajectory of rapid growth and innovation.
