The round was co-led by Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners, with participation from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund. This funding aims to tackle the growing security challenges posed by AI agents operating under human and machine identities.
Addressing AI Identity Challenges
Rig Security is focused on developing identity protection software to identify and mitigate risks associated with AI agents that operate using human and machine accounts. The company sees a significant security gap as AI agents, such as coding assistants and autonomous agents, increasingly perform actions that traditional security tools cannot differentiate from human actions. Founder and CEO Guy Kozliner commented, "Identity used to mean people's credentials. Today, the most active identities in an enterprise are AI agents, and they are acting under human names."

The company was founded by Guy Kozliner, who previously worked with Ami Luttwak, co-founder and CTO of Wiz. The leadership team also includes CTO Nokky Goren, the first engineer at Axis Security, and Head of Product Michal Haikov, who has experience at Israel's Unit 8200 and Flow Security.
