About Rezolv

Founded by Sonali Jindal, Rezolv focuses on revolutionizing the debt recovery process through the use of artificial intelligence, automation, and human-centric communication. Their platform aims to maximize recovery rates while maintaining positive customer relationships. Rezolv's technology is designed for use by banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), automating various aspects of the lending and debt-collection lifecycle.

Use of Funds

Rezolv plans to utilize the newly acquired funds to bolster its AI capabilities across various domains such as sales, risk management, underwriting, and collections. The focus will be on automating more processes throughout the lending lifecycle. This includes customer welcome calls, pre-delinquency engagement, and loan write-offs, along with supporting digital communication, field visits, and legal actions.

AI and the Future of Debt Collection

Rezolv offers AI voice agents capable of operating in 11 Indian languages, which can be employed in sales, welcome calls, customer support, and collections. "AI adoption is no longer the challenge as nearly every organization today is implementing AI," said Sonali Jindal, Founder of Rezolv. "The real challenge is metricisation: can you quantify the business impact AI is creating? At Rezolv, we are solving this for debt collections by combining a comprehensive platform with AI and intelligence to deliver measurable outcomes across recovery rates, cost, productivity, and workforce optimization."

Rezolv has already partnered with over 22 banks and NBFCs, showcasing its growing influence in the fintech sector.
