Redfaire Secures €13 Million Funding
Redfaire, a consulting firm specializing in JD Edwards solutions, has successfully raised €13 million in an undisclosed funding round. The investment was led by BGF, an Irish growth investment firm. Redfaire, headquartered in Limerick, Ireland, focuses on providing global consulting, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration, and Oracle Fusion implementation services.
Strategic Use of Funds
The newly acquired funds will enable Redfaire to expand its international presence and improve its service offerings. The company plans to enhance its capabilities and broaden its reach by making selected acquisitions. These strategic moves come on the heels of Redfaire's recent acquisition of eKal Solutions, which added expertise in HR management, financial management, supply chain management, and business performance management.
Brian McInerney, Redfaire's CEO, highlighted the importance of the investment, stating: "BGF’s investment is a strong endorsement of our work and allows us to accelerate international expansion and further enhance our capabilities."
Investor Confidence
BGF's decision to invest in Redfaire reflects their confidence in the company's long-term growth strategy and its ability to tackle complex ERP challenges. The investment firm has taken a minority stake in the company, aligning with Redfaire's growth-focused mindset.
This funding round marks a significant step for Redfaire as it aims to strengthen its position in the global ERP and cloud services market.
