Peeko Raises $7 Million in Series A Funding
Bengaluru-based Peeko, a startup specializing in quick-commerce for baby and children's products, has successfully raised $7 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from Stellaris Venture Partners.
About Peeko
Founded in 2025 by Vivek Khetan, Abhijit Gairola, and Chetan Sharma, Peeko focuses on delivering a wide range of baby and kids' products within 60 minutes. Their offerings include apparel, toys, baby gear, and consumables. The platform is designed to be a comprehensive "parenting partner," providing try-and-buy and instant-return options to its customers.
Strategic Use of Funds
The fresh capital will be utilized for business expansion, technology development, and hiring. Peeko aims to enhance its technological capabilities to broaden its service offering. The company plans to expand its current network of three dark stores in Bengaluru to six by the end of 2026 and is looking to enter two additional cities in 2027.
Founders' Vision
Co-founder Vivek Khetan commented on the funding round, stating that the investment will help Peeko scale its operations and enhance customer experience. "We are excited to continue our growth journey and offer more value to parents," he said.
Growth and Expansion Plans
Since its inception, Peeko has experienced significant growth, doubling its customer base each quarter over the past six months. The startup has expanded its product assortment from 6,000 SKUs at launch to between 27,000 and 30,000.
Peeko's current operations cover about 55% of Bengaluru, and the company plans to increase this coverage by opening more stores and expanding into new cities.
Conclusion
With this latest round of funding, Peeko is well-positioned to further develop its quick-commerce platform and continue its rapid growth trajectory. As the demand for convenient and fast delivery of baby products rises, Peeko is set to play a significant role in this evolving market.
