PassHub Secures $1.4 Million in Latest Funding Round

PassHub, a São Paulo-based travel technology company, announced on September 1, 2026, that it has raised $1.4 million in a funding round led by Parceiro Ventures. PassHub is renowned for providing a comprehensive platform for travel agencies in Brazil, facilitating seamless ticket issuance by integrating multiple consolidators and leveraging AI to speed up the process. The platform also ensures prompt commission payments to agencies, within 72 hours, without charging them.

Company Background

Founded by Alan Matheus (CEO), Fernando Santos (CTO), and Leonardo Piana (CFO), PassHub was launched as the B2B extension of Passabot, a consumer-focused platform for finding airline tickets via WhatsApp. Since its inception in December 2025, PassHub has been dedicated to simplifying the fragmented systems used by travel agencies to search for and book travel products.

Strategic Expansion Plans

With the newly acquired funds, PassHub plans to enhance its platform by adding more travel suppliers and expanding its AI capabilities. The company has already registered over 2,000 agencies and processed transactions exceeding $5.5 million. The success of PassHub's B2B model has outpaced Passabot in revenue and sales, leading to a strategic focus shift towards the B2B segment.

Leadership and Vision

Alan Matheus, co-founder and CEO, emphasized the importance of continuous development and innovation in meeting the evolving needs of travel agencies. "Our goal is to streamline the process and make it as efficient as possible for agencies across Brazil," he said.

Looking Ahead

With support from Parceiro Ventures, PassHub is well-positioned to further cement its role as a key player in the Brazilian travel agency sector. The focus remains on enhancing the platform’s capabilities and expanding its reach, ensuring that more agencies can benefit from its streamlined services.
