Palette Raises €3 Million in Pre-Seed Funding

Copenhagen-based Palette has successfully raised €3 million in a pre-seed funding round. This round was led by Ugly Duckling Ventures, with additional participation from Emblem and Acadian Ventures.

Palette is focused on developing an operating system designed for AI-native teams. The platform allows companies to integrate AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini into their existing workflows and shared contexts, enhancing collaboration across people, teams, and agents.

Founders and Leadership

The company was co-founded by Lars Ettrup, who serves as CEO, alongside CTO Steffen Sommer, and Stephanie Snyder. Together, they are steering the company towards making AI tools more accessible and integrated within team environments.

Strategic Use of Funds

The newly acquired funds will be used to further develop Palette's operating system, refining its capabilities to better serve AI-native teams. This includes enhancing the integration of various AI agents into team workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration and control over internal contexts.

Palette's approach aims to enable teams to maximize the potential of AI tools, ensuring that they complement existing processes rather than disrupt them.
