Orderful Raises $35 Million in Series C Funding

Orderful, a company specializing in modern Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions, has successfully secured $35 million in a Series C funding round. This round was led by Koch Disruptive Technologies, with participation from NewRoad Capital Partners. The company, founded by Erik Kiser, focuses on enabling fast compliance, rapid partner onboarding, and real-time issue resolution for its users.

Advancing AI-Native EDI Infrastructure

Orderful is leveraging this new capital to expand its AI-native EDI platform, Mosaic, which was launched in December 2025. Mosaic aims to replace the traditional manual integration processes with automated solutions that offer complete visibility into trading data. This system is designed to convert trading data into actionable intelligence, helping businesses protect their margins and drive growth.

The platform has been built to address the complexity in the EDI market, with the capability to process over 6 billion EDI transactions across a network of more than 50,000 unique trading partner requirements. This scale allows Orderful to offer real-time solutions for retailers, brands, and logistics providers, helping them accelerate revenue-generating trading relationships and reduce supply chain disruptions.

Strategic Use of Funds

The freshly acquired funds will be directed towards enhancing the capabilities of Orderful's platform, including Mosaic and Pixel, a browser-based Web EDI solution. The company aims to eliminate the need for manual mapping work, traditionally a time-consuming process, by utilizing a canonical API and context-rich AI. This approach is intended to streamline partner onboarding from months to mere hours or days.

Koch Disruptive Technologies, the lead investor, believes that Orderful's innovative approach can modernize EDI infrastructure and resolve persistent complexities in global trade. As part of its investment, Koch is expected to offer flexible capital and access to its network of commercial partners and subject matter experts, potentially accelerating Orderful's enterprise partnerships.

Leadership and Vision

Erik Kiser, Founder and CEO of Orderful, is at the helm of this expansion. With a focus on removing EDI as a bottleneck to growth, Kiser and his team are poised to redefine how trading data is managed and utilized in the industry.

Orderful's commitment to reducing complexity and enhancing efficiency in EDI processes positions it as a key player in the evolving landscape of global trade solutions. As the company continues to innovate, the impact of this Series C funding will likely resonate across its client base and the broader market.
