Nox Mobility, a Berlin-based startup aiming to revolutionize overnight train travel in Europe, has raised €2 million in a pre-seed funding round. The funding, announced on April 22, 2026, is led by IBB Ventures, with participation from individual investors Tommaso Lucca and Dr. Patrick Andrae.

Founded by Janek Smalla, along with co-founders Artur Hasselbach and Thibault Constant, Nox Mobility is set to launch a network of high-quality train connections across Europe by 2027.
