Navra Secures $19 Million Series A Funding
Navra has successfully raised $19 million in a Series A funding round dated October 6, 2026. This round was led by Ribbit and saw participation from Baseline, DCM, Jump Crypto, and Figure Technology Solutions. The San Francisco-based company is co-founded by June Ou and Mike Cagney, who is also known for co-founding Figure and SoFi.
Innovative Blockchain Finance Platform
Navra is developing a financial technology platform that aims to bridge the gap between traditional financial institutions and retail investors with blockchain-based financial products. The platform offers a single interface to access various blockchain venues, providing onchain access to yield protocols and cash rails. It is designed to support both direct users and white-label partnerships.
Strategic Use of Series A Funds
The Series A funding will be utilized to enhance Navra's AI infrastructure, expand its platform, and increase customer and partner acquisition. The company is currently collaborating with design partners and plans to roll out its services to retail and institutional customers by late October. Future plans include the release of white-label versions and embeddable modules.
Focus on Asset-Based Finance
Navra is focused on moving more asset-based finance activities onto blockchain infrastructure. With the asset-based finance market valued at approximately $6 trillion, Navra sees significant potential for blockchain integration. The company has already partnered with Figure, integrating its Democratized Prime yield protocol and YLDS, which is noted as the first SEC-registered yielding stablecoin.
