Naïve Raises $28.5 Million in Series A Funding
Naïve, an innovative platform that offers a comprehensive AI infrastructure for business operations, has successfully raised $28.5 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2, Gokul Rajaram, Tim Zheng, and JD Sherman.
Founded by Dennis Zax (Co-Founder & CTO) and Sean Dorje (Co-Founder & CEO), Naïve provides a one-stop platform for end-to-end AI solutions. The platform features 46 primitives, hosting capabilities for apps and agents, compute resources, and a model gateway designed to optimize costs through a unified API and balance system.
Streamlining Business Setup with AI
Naïve's platform is designed to automate the often tedious tasks involved in setting up and running a business. By using AI agents, Naïve simplifies processes such as setting up payments, email accounts, phone numbers, cloud infrastructure, storage, and company incorporation. The solution allows developers to use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to interact with Naïve's API, facilitating the formation of U.S. LLCs, among other tasks.
While the platform automates much of the setup process, users still need to engage in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes and handle financial transactions. Once these steps are completed, AI agents can take over to finalize tasks such as establishing email accounts, virtual cards, phone numbers, databases, and connecting to services like Stripe and QuickBooks.
Use of Funds
The newly secured funds will be utilized to enhance Naïve's platform capabilities and expand its customer base. The company aims to further develop its governance layer, which helps users manage budgets, limit agent capabilities, and require human approval for sensitive operations.
A Growing Customer Base
Since its launch, Naïve has attracted over 30,000 developers, highlighting the demand for streamlined business operations through AI. "Developers detest drudgery," said CEO Sean Dorje, emphasizing the platform's ability to reduce the workload involved in setting up business infrastructure.
With the backing of prominent investors and a solid foundation in AI technology, Naïve is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory, offering businesses a more efficient way to manage their operational needs.
