Mykare.ai Raises $1 Million in Bridge Funding

Mykare.ai, a San Francisco-based company specializing in AI-driven healthcare automation, has announced the successful completion of a $1 million bridge funding round. The funding was led by Andrew Parker and Alfredo Vaamonde, co-founders of the healthtech company Papa.com.

Company Overview

Mykare.ai offers an end-to-end AI healthcare automation platform designed to streamline operations for hospitals and medical facilities. By leveraging intelligent voice AI, the platform manages various aspects of patient interaction, including enquiries, bookings, outbound calls, and CRM updates. This technology aims to support scalable hospital growth by automating significant parts of the patient journey.

Leadership and Vision

The company was co-founded by Senu Sam, who also serves as the CEO. Under Sam's leadership, Mykare.ai has focused on integrating AI solutions into healthcare settings to improve efficiency and patient experience. "Our AI agents are embedded in 30-35 larger healthcare facilities, while about 45 more clinics have signed up for implementation," Sam noted.

Strategic Use of Funds

The newly acquired funds are earmarked for several key initiatives. Mykare.ai plans to bolster its AI capabilities and accelerate product development. Additionally, the company aims to expand its presence in international markets.

Market Presence and Expansion

Currently, Mykare.ai is operational in over 30 hospitals and clinics across various regions, including India, the Middle East, the UK, and the US. The company is actively working to increase its footprint, with a waiting list of more than 20 healthcare providers eager to adopt their platform. "In India, Mykare's services are active in most metro cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad," Sam added.

In the US, Mykare.ai collaborates with a significant oncology clinic chain, while in the UK, it has partnered with a large dental chain. The company is also in discussions with a major dental chain in Qatar.

Future Outlook

With this latest funding, Mykare.ai is well-positioned to enhance its platform and broaden its market reach. The company aims to double the number of clinics using its platform in the near future, continuing its mission to revolutionize healthcare automation through advanced AI solutions.
