What MWHome Does

MWHome is dedicated to creating "Living Homes"—residential spaces that utilize AI, robotics, and sensor technologies to autonomously perceive, assess, and respond to their environments. The company's technology framework, known as "Residential Physical AI," empowers homes to understand and interact with their surroundings, performing tasks through robotic actions.

Use of Funds

The newly secured funds will be directed towards several key areas:

  • Development and Sales Expansion: MWHome aims to ramp up both the development and sales of its Living Home projects across Japan.
  • Research and Development: The company plans to enhance its R&D efforts on Physical AI and robotics.
  • Home Space OS Enhancement: Improving the home space operating system for better control of distributed devices.
  • Organizational Growth: Strengthening the organizational structure and recruitment to support its ambitious expansion plans.

Current and Future Projects

MWHome has already seen significant interest in its projects, with the first project in Tokyo receiving over 1,000 inquiries shortly after sales began. The company is currently working on more than 10 projects across urban, regional, and resort areas, with plans to expand the supply of Living Homes nationwide and eventually offer its housing platform to other manufacturers and developers.

With the backing of prominent investors and a clear vision for the future, MWHome is well-positioned to lead the charge in transforming residential living through AI and robotics.
