The Series C funding was co-led by Forgepoint Capital International, BNPP SIVF, and Bullhound Capital. A diverse group of investors participated, including Santander Alternative Investments, Tikehau Capital, HP Inc., Orange Ventures, Scania Invest, National Bank of Canada's NAventures, Qatar Development Bank, Zouk Capital, SETT, EIC Fund, Hazten Scale-Up Fund, and Kutxa Fundazioa.

Multiverse Computing was founded by Enrique Lizaso Olmos, who also serves as the CEO. Michel Kurek is the CEO of the company's operations in France.
