Monopulse Raises €2 Million for Expansion
Danish-Lithuanian startup Monopulse, known for producing secure unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) tailored for government, military, and law enforcement applications, has successfully raised €2 million in an undisclosed funding round. The investment was led by Coinvest Capital, with participation from NGL Ventures, Plug and Play Ventures, and a syndicate of 68 business angels.

Notably, 68 business angels contributed €560,000 collectively, marking a significant contribution from NGL Ventures' investor network.
Expansion Plans
With the new funding, Monopulse aims to increase its production capacity and strengthen its research and development initiatives. The company is also set to accelerate its expansion into additional NATO markets, targeting countries such as Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Monopulse's UAVs, which are designed to operate effectively in environments with GPS interference and disrupted communications, are already in use by the Lithuanian and Danish armed forces.
Leadership
Monopulse was founded in 2001 by Justas Poderys, who currently serves as the CEO. Poderys has been instrumental in steering the company towards its goal of enhancing security capabilities for military and law enforcement agencies across Europe.
Strategic Use of Funds
The freshly acquired capital will be utilized to not only boost production but also to further develop hybrid platforms that integrate aerial and water-based surveillance capabilities. This strategic move is expected to enhance Monopulse's competitive edge in the defense technology sector.
Monopulse's latest funding round underscores its commitment to advancing UAV technology and expanding its footprint across key NATO markets.
