Lissun Raises $5.47 Million in Series A Funding

Lissun, an Indian startup specializing in online mental health counseling and therapy, announced the successful closure of its Series A funding round on August 18, 2026. The company secured $5.47 million (Rs 48 crore) to further its mission of providing mental health support, particularly focusing on children with special needs and developmental delays.

Investment Details

The funding round was led by Colossa Ventures, with participation from several other investors including Physis Capital, RPSG Capital Ventures, Ivycap Ventures, Rainmatter, Multiply Ventures, SucSEED Ventures, New Age India Fund, and Beyond Capital Ventures.

Expansion Plans

Lissun plans to utilize the newly acquired funds to expand its network of child development centers under its brand, Sunshine by LISSUN. The company aims to strengthen its AI-led platforms and tools, which currently aid therapists and parents in providing quality developmental care. "This fundraise lets us scale both our centers and that platform, to serve a much larger population of children and families," said Krishna Veer Singh, Co-founder and CEO of Lissun.
