Instarc Raises €1.25 Million to Enhance Compliance Platform

Tallinn-based Instarc has successfully secured €1.25 million in a strategic funding round led by HFO Investments, with additional participation from Athena Capital and Option 3 Capital. Instarc specializes in automating compliance processes for financial services, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, cross-border payments, and regulatory compliance across more than 150 jurisdictions.

Strategic Use of Funds

The newly acquired funds will be allocated to the expansion of Instarc’s cloud-native compliance platform. This move aims to accelerate the platform's rollout, particularly in South Africa, enhancing its capabilities for financial and other regulated institutions.
