The round was led by Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures, with additional participation from DeVC, Z47, and angel investor Yashish Dahiya.

Founded by Tarun Mathur, Neha Kulwal, and Vishal Khutel, Hulp aims to simplify everyday living for urban households by providing trained personal assistants. These assistants help manage a variety of tasks, such as meals, staff coordination, bookings, payments, and healthcare follow-ups. The service is accessible through WhatsApp and the Hulp app, allowing users to delegate tasks easily by sending a voice note.

Expansion Plans

With the new funding, Hulp plans to enhance its AI workflows and expand its services to more Indian cities. The company aims to broaden its household, lifestyle, and operational management offerings. Sparrow Capital and BITKRAFT Ventures led the funding round, indicating strong investor confidence in Hulp's business model and growth prospects. DeVC, Z47, and Yashish Dahiya also participated, showing a diverse range of support from both venture capital firms and individual investors.
