HR Duo has demonstrated strong commercial momentum, achieving a sixfold increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) since 2020. The company operates with a gross margin of 85%, highlighting the strength of its SaaS model. Looking ahead, HR Duo targets ARR growth of over 41% in the next financial year.
This investment is a testament to HR Duo's potential to capture a larger share of the UK market while continuing to innovate and expand its comprehensive HR solutions.
