HERP Hire, an applicant tracking system, and Jobmill, a recruitment agency platform, have been adopted by over 4,000 companies. HERP Career, a job discovery service, boasts more than 100,000 monthly users.

The company's technology leverages AI to go beyond traditional hiring criteria, offering insights into candidate potential and cultural fit. HERP's AI Recruiter, introduced at over 200 companies, uses data from actual hiring processes to better match candidates with job positions.
