Health Force, a health technology startup based in Barcelona, Spain, has successfully raised €4.2 million in a seed funding round. This funding, announced on September 17, 2026, is led by LUMO Labs, with participation from Step Venture, Next Tier Ventures, Target Global, and Calm/Storm.
The company is focused on developing AI agents that streamline hospital operations by automating tasks such as claims processing, quality reporting, and clinical trial workflows. These AI agents integrate seamlessly with existing hospital systems, promising to be operational within six weeks without the need for additional integrations.
Leadership and Vision
Founded in 2022, Health Force is led by Fadi Haddad, who serves as the CEO, alongside co-founder and Chief AI Officer Juan Suarez Valencia, and CEO/Administrator Patricia Krall-Dwyer. Haddad emphasizes the importance of their technology: "Hospitals don’t need another dashboard; they need the work done. We offer hospitals pre-trained AI agents that log into existing systems and complete real work."
Strategic Use of Funds
The newly acquired funds will primarily be used to accelerate the deployment of Health Force's AI solutions across more hospitals in Europe.
