Company Background

GetVantage specializes in offering alternative financing solutions tailored to the needs of startups and digital brands. The platform leverages business cash flows, alternative data, and predictive analytics to provide financing without relying solely on traditional credit assessments. This approach allows it to offer products such as revenue-based financing, term loans, business loans, and merchant cash advances designed around the unique operating cycles of smaller companies.

Strategic Use of Funds

The newly secured funds will be utilized to scale GetVantage's operations, particularly focusing on expanding its Capital Gateway platform. This API-based platform is designed to connect small businesses with financing providers by embedding financing options within B2B ecommerce companies, online marketplaces, and logistics firms. The company aims to make Capital Gateway 'AI-native', enhancing the speed and efficiency of access to working capital for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).

Future Plans

GetVantage plans to increase its committed financing capacity to more than Rs 700 crore, aiming to support a broader range of businesses. The platform has already facilitated financing for over 2,000 businesses, and with this new investment, it intends to further expand its reach and impact within the MSME sector.
