The funding round was led by Eurazeo and Founders Fund Italia, with participation from other investors including Shapers, 2100 Ventures, Kfund, Sella Direct Ventures, Enzo Ventures, Vento, Ithaca, Eden Ventures, and Vesper.
Use of Funds
Complaion plans to use the newly acquired funds to expand its team, enhance its technological offerings, and pursue international market expansion. The focus is on making compliance more accessible and efficient for SMEs, leveraging both technology and human expertise.
