Cohoma Coffee Secures Seed Funding

Cohoma Coffee, a specialty coffee company known for offering premium Arabica coffee online, has successfully raised $570,000 (approximately Rs 5 crore) in a seed funding round. The funding was led by Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from Swishin VC. The funding round concluded on April 16, 2026.

About the Company

Founded by Kanika Birla, Cohoma Coffee provides a wide range of coffee products, including cold brew, flavored coffee, and drip bags. The company prides itself on delivering fresh, easy-to-brew coffee directly to consumers across India. Cohoma Coffee manages the entire process in-house, from sourcing beans from regions such as India, Africa, and South America, to roasting and manufacturing its own line of brewing machines.

Investment Details

The seed funding round was primarily led by Inflection Point Ventures. Swishin VC also participated in the round, supporting Cohoma Coffee's vision to enhance its product offerings and expand its market reach.

Use of Funds

Cohoma Coffee plans to utilize the newly acquired funds to accelerate its international expansion and scale up its manufacturing capabilities. The company aims to introduce its coffee products to a broader audience while enhancing its production processes. "By managing everything from roasting to machine manufacturing in-house, we ensure a fresh, naturally flavored cup is possible in under a minute, whether you are at home, in the office, or on the go," said founder Kanika Birla.

Future Plans

Cohoma Coffee has also introduced naturally flavored coffees made without added sugar or preservatives. The company has established grind-on-demand cafรฉ kiosks in premium modern trade stores, allowing customers to explore over 15 coffee options with live assistance. Additionally, Cohoma Coffee has built an omnichannel presence across retail, e-commerce, and partnerships with hotels, corporate offices, cafes, and multiplexes. The startup also provides turnkey coffee solutions for the hospitality sector.

With this latest funding, Cohoma Coffee is poised to enhance its manufacturing capabilities and bring its specialty coffee experience to an international audience.
