BlissClub Secures $18.24 Million in Latest Funding Round

Bengaluru-based BlissClub, a functional apparel brand known for its comfortable and performance-oriented clothing, has raised $18.24 million (Rs 160 crore) in a recent funding round led by Singularity AMC. The round also saw participation from investors including Minu Margeret, Vidit Aatrey, Elevation Capital, and Eight Roads Ventures.

Company Overview

BlissClub specializes in engineering thoughtfully designed apparel for both women and men, focusing on comfort, performance, and movement. Since its inception, the company has expanded its offerings from women's activewear to a broader range of athleisure products, including menswear and an upcoming denim line.

Strategic Plans for Growth

The new funding will be instrumental in BlissClub's plans to broaden its retail footprint and diversify its product portfolio. The company aims to enhance its offline presence by increasing the number of physical stores, which currently exceed 40 across India. Additionally, the capital will support the development of new product categories and bolster product innovation.

"We believe active lifestyle apparel is increasingly becoming a staple of everyday wardrobes," stated Minu Margeret. "This round allows us to double down on that vision, investing further in product innovation and bringing BlissClub to many more consumers across the country."

Expansion and Development Goals

BlissClub plans to allocate part of the funds towards strengthening its product development efforts and hiring new talent to support its next phase of growth. The company reported an operating revenue of Rs 131.5 crore for the financial year ending March 2025, marking a significant increase from the previous year.
