BetHog Raises $10 Million in Series A Funding
BetHog, a New York-based company specializing in AI-powered live dealer technology for online casinos, has successfully closed a $10 million Series A funding round. Announced on April 22, 2026, the round was co-led by Will Ventures and RockawayX, with additional participation from PCV, 6MV, Bullpen Capital, and Advancit Capital.

The funds will be utilized to further develop BetHog’s AI dealer technology and to support the launch of Sentient Studios, a new business-to-business (B2B) platform. This initiative aims to provide casino operators with AI-driven alternatives to traditional live dealer models, offering enhanced control and scalability. According to Nigel Eccles, CEO and co-founder of BetHog, the company has observed a significant increase in popularity for its AI dealers compared to traditional live dealers, with better player retention and satisfaction.
"We've tested our basic AI dealer over the past 6 months and have discovered that it is 10X more popular than its live dealer equivalent," Eccles noted.
Strategic Use of Funds
The newly acquired capital will be directed towards expanding the reach of Sentient Studios among global gaming operators. This expansion will allow operators to launch and scale their own dealer experiences more effectively, providing continuous operation and personalized player interactions.
