Asterminds Secures ¥110 Million in Seed Funding

Asterminds, a company specializing in AI-driven business hearing solutions, has announced the completion of a seed funding round, raising ¥110 million. The round was led by Delight Ventures, with participation from DNX Ventures.

Asterminds is known for its AI hearing agent, InTake, which transforms the collection of primary information into a scalable listening process, thereby accelerating enterprise decision-making. The system employs multiple specialized AI agents that work in coordination to perform tasks such as voice dialogue, natural language processing, data analysis, and diagram generation. This approach allows for large-scale, simultaneous surveys that adapt to participant convenience, automating everything from the design of hearing content to execution and report creation.

Leadership and Vision

The company was founded by Shinjiro Honda, who serves as CEO. Honda brings extensive experience in AI and digital business development, having previously worked at Mitsubishi Corporation. Reflecting on the funding, Honda stated that the investment will bolster their efforts to "expand our information gathering areas in business reform, human resources, and internal audits."

Strategic Use of Funds

The newly acquired funds will be directed towards strengthening product development. Asterminds plans to hire additional engineering and business development personnel and expand its enterprise customer base. The company aims to enhance its capabilities in business reform and other corporate information processes.

Expanding Enterprise Solutions

Asterminds' InTake is already in use for large-scale business hearings, including projects involving hundreds of employees at major companies. The AI system is particularly effective in collecting genuine opinions from respondents, offering a response rate approximately 5.5 times higher than traditional questionnaires.

With this funding, Asterminds is set to further its mission of promoting AI-native transformation in corporate information circulation, advancing its reach in the enterprise sector.
