ANote Music Raises €2 Million in New Funding
ANote Music, a company based in Luxembourg, has successfully secured €2 million in funding to expand its innovative platform that allows users to invest in music royalties. This funding round was led by Seventure Partners and ScaleFund.
Founded by CEO Marzio Schena and COO Matteo Cernuschi, ANote Music offers a marketplace where users can buy, sell, and earn from music royalties, transforming their passion for music into a financial investment opportunity.
Strategic Use of Funds
The new capital injection will be used to expand ANote Music's music catalogue and enhance its platform and mobile app. The company aims to attract more users across Europe to its royalty trading platform, providing more opportunities for individuals to invest in music royalties.
Marzio Schena, CEO of ANote Music, highlighted the resilience of music royalties as an income stream and the platform's role in making this asset class accessible to everyday investors. "We built ANote to close that gap: fair, transparent valuations for the rights holders who sell, and recurring royalty income for the people who buy," Schena stated.
Investor Support
The funding round saw participation from the lead investors, Seventure Partners and ScaleFund. David Manjarres, General Partner at Seventure Partners, emphasized the importance of a robust infrastructure to unlock the potential of a global asset class like music royalties.
With this funding, ANote Music is well-positioned to expand its offerings and continue its growth trajectory in the European market, catering to a growing interest in music royalty investments.
