Amity, a software company focusing on investments and growth in the Generative AI era, has successfully raised $100 million in a Series D funding round. The round was led by EDBI and saw participation from Asia Partners, SMDV, and CMLIM Capital. This significant funding boost positions Amity to enhance its AI capabilities and expand its reach in Southeast Asia and Europe.
Strategic Use of Funds
The newly acquired funds will be directed towards several key areas of expansion and development. Amity plans to accelerate its vertical AI model development and agentic AI systems, which are designed to execute business processes across various industries. The company intends to strengthen its AI Research & Application Center (ARAC) in Singapore and build regional go-to-market capabilities.
In addition to these initiatives, Amity is also looking to make strategic acquisitions throughout 2026, furthering its 3B strategy of "Build, Buy, Bridge." This approach focuses on advancing AI development, expanding through mergers and acquisitions, and integrating capabilities across its portfolio.
Future Growth and IPO Plans
Korawad Chearavanont, the Executive Chairman and Founder of Amity, highlighted the company's growth trajectory, noting that Amity surpassed $100 million in annualized revenue in 2025, marking a ten-fold increase since 2022. "This funding will allow us to continue our rapid growth and innovation in AI," Chearavanont stated.
Amity is also eyeing an initial public offering (IPO) in 2027, which aligns with its long-term growth strategy. The company is focused on developing AI solutions tailored to specific industries such as retail and telecommunications.

As part of its expansion strategy, Amity plans to increase its presence across Southeast Asia and Europe. This includes enhancing its AI capabilities to meet the demands of these diverse markets.
