This round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with additional participation from Info Edge Ventures and Eximius Ventures.

The company was founded by Kshitij Chaudhary, who serves as the CEO, and Anuj Punjani, the co-founder. Chaudhary, an alumnus of IIT Delhi and a former BCG consultant, emphasized the company's mission to simplify holiday planning: "Every customer gets a trip designed around them, sees exactly what they’re paying for, and has a guide in their pocket the moment they land."
